Very good finger technical exercises, highly suggested but don’t rush for speed. Make sure you have good control of fingers when practicing, feel each finger and keep the rhythm stable. Practice a bit daily, but do NOT push speed in your first 1-2 years!
In case you need advice to pick your first piano, I highly recommend this one. I started with it, and the good thing about it is it is cheap but it has weighted keys (which mimics real piano). It’s almost impossible to find quality weighted keyboard at such low price. It has full 88 keys, and Casio doesn’t have any price markup due to branding. Yamaha might be overpriced for beginners.
This could be an introduction to your classical music journey. You may start with some easy and short pieces from Clementi, which will pave your way to more complex pieces later. I personally played Clementi Op.36 when I started.

Practical Method for Beginners on the Pianoforte is a technical exercise book covers a variety of techniques and patterns in piano playing. I would recommend to at least give it a try although it might be hard for an absolute beginner. It’s beneficial.
